The children began the morning practicing to attain silence, they continued with stretches than ended in the loin pose. They learnt a new motion that represents the life cycle of a flower, beginning with planting their feet firmly and slightly apart in the ground. With their bodies crouched, they gently lifted their arms and bodies to a tall stretch that displayed their hands and fingers as flowers on a firm stalk. Gently dropping their arms to the floor to symbolize the death and falling of the flower, they were able to simulate the live and death of a flower. Some students were able to see a comparison between this and a volcano.
