Today the students enjoyed a table washing lesson with Mr. Charlie. Each student had an opportunity to scrub the table starting in the left hand corner, moving in a circular motion from left to right just as one reads left to right. It was a hot day so any activity with water is a welcome distraction to the heat! Later the students set up an ocean sensory bin with water, flat glistening marbles and various sea creatures. The students could be heard making up stories and playful interecation with classmates and the sea creatures. The students continue to be lively and joyful in the late afternoons after working and playing a full day.
