A group of students were working on their multiplication tables today. They will create a booklet with their facts for 1 – 10 up to x10. They are using decanomial bead bars to skip count.
Another group of students are using golden beads to do single digit dynamic addition. They are making exchanges when they reach ten (10 unit beads for 1 10 bar).
Several students are practicing their subtraction facts using the working charts and recording on worksheets.
