The children were reintroduced to saying and writing the Months of the Year. The Chinese has traditionally associated the length of a month with the luna cycle. ‘yue’ means ‘moon’ January is ‘ye yue’ (1st month), February is ‘er yue’ (2nd month), March is ‘san yue’.
