This morning at group time we briefly discussed classification of animals. I have divided the 100 African animal cards into 10 sets. The children can use them to to match picture to picture and picture to label. They can also sort them by class, i.e., mammals, reptiles, arachnids, etc. They are excited to begin using the cards.
