Thank you to all of our families for contributing to another successful Family Day at The Children’s House.  Approximately 60 adults were in attendance in addition to about 35 little ones.  Many grandparents, uncles, aunts, siblings, and past students graced our presence on this wonderful day.  Our educators and children were involved in many weeks of preparation and rehearsals, allowing the children to carry on the show all by themselves!  It’s a great accomplishment that your 3s, 4s 5s, and 6 year olds have grown to exhibit such confidence in themselves and in each other.  Thank you for supporting your educators in this mission.  The children’s 20 min performance included the songs ‘You are my Sunshine,’ ‘On To of Spaghetti,’ ‘Baby Beluga.’ ‘The Wheels on the Bus,’ ‘If you’re Happy and you know it,’ ‘Itsy Bitsy Spider,’ and a play “The Dirt.” After the children distributed their family gifts, Dan and Fred grilled the hot dogs and hamburgers, and we enjoyed another 2 hours of fellowship and food.  Thanks to the wonderful families and educators of The Children’s House!
